Das Walzwerk Singen hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren unter anderem besonders im Bereich der Hochglanzoberflächen für die Beleuchtungs- und Kosmetikindustrie sowie sonstiger dekorativer Anwendungen einen Namen gemacht.

The rolling mill at Alcan Singen has, over the years, established a solid reputation in many product areas, most notably in the area of high-gloss surfaces for the lighting and cosmetic industries and other decorative applications. The rolling mill embodies a synthesis of modern technological operations. It is a fully-integrated production site, including primary aluminium production, pouring and forming of rolling slabs, full utilization of uniquely integrated warm and cold rolling concepts, which allow shorter running times within the entire production process, and the manufacturing of coils and sheets.
